Danville, Ill. — Residents of Danville received a nourishing boost Friday morning, thanks to a collaborative effort to distribute fresh vegetables, spearheaded by Project Success of Vermilion County.
According to Kimberly David, CEO of Project Success, students from North Ridge Middle School and Danville High School teamed up with partners from Carle Health and the University of Illinois Extension to cultivate a community garden. Their efforts culminated in the distribution of fresh produce to local residents, aiming to enhance community health and well-being.
