DECATUR, Ill. (WCIA) — An unsettling pair of shooting incidents in Decatur on Wednesday left no injuries, though they have prompted an ongoing police investigation. The two episodes occurred separately but are linked by a common victim.
The first incident unfolded near Walnut Grove Avenue and Division Street, while the second took place in the vicinity of Eldorado and Van Dyke Streets. Both involved a 22-year-old man who reported a harrowing encounter: after being cut off by another vehicle, he found himself under fire from someone inside that car.
