In Tampa, Florida, prosecutors are urging a Hillsborough County judge to deny bail for a driver accused of a fatal incident in Ybor City, where four people lost their lives and over a dozen were injured during the weekend.

The driver, identified as 22-year-old Silas Sampson, allegedly evaded police while racing through the district’s main entertainment area. His vehicle reportedly left the roadway and collided with a crowded bar patio.
