It seems that a particular website is not just creating buzz but also booming as a business, with Americans pouring billions into OnlyFans each year. This platform has carved itself a niche, becoming synonymous with controversy while simultaneously capturing the wallets of many across the nation.

For those unfamiliar, OnlyFans is a site where creators share content, mostly videos and photos, in exchange for money. Although it offers a broad spectrum of material, it is predominantly recognized for its adult content. The allure of this tantalizing content has led to significant financial exchanges, underscoring the platform’s growing popularity.

Despite its contentious nature, the financial impact is undeniable. According to a report by OnlyGuider, a staggering $2.63 billion was spent by Americans on OnlyFans just last year. This report, which employed a financial model to analyze spending patterns, also pinpointed which cities and states were the biggest spenders on the platform.

To ensure a fair comparison, OnlyGuider assessed spending on a per capita basis, calculating expenditures per 10,000 people. This method revealed that, on average, $77,334 was spent nationally per 10,000 individuals, equating to a little over $7 per person annually. While this might seem negligible at first glance, a closer look at city-specific data paints a more significant picture.

Using that metric, the national average per 10,000 people was $77,334 spent, or roughly a little over $7 per person per year. And while that may not seem like much, when broken down on a per-city basis, these figures seem more substantial.

At the top of the list sits Atlanta, Georgia, which spent a little over $525,000 per 10,000 residents, and in total, spent more than $26 million in 2025.

Not far behind was Orlando ($466,430 per 10,000 people), followed by Salt Lake City ($412,038), Miami ($374,921), and Minneapolis ($337,268) to round out the top five.

Check out the ten cities that spent the most money on OnlyFans per capita in 2025:
