Disturbing Discovery: Man Admits to Secretly Filming in Farragut Park Women’s Restroom

A man from Clinton has received a prison sentence after admitting to secretly recording more than 1,500 videos using a hidden camera in a women’s restroom at a Farragut park.

On Friday morning, the office of Knox County District Attorney General Charme Allen revealed that 34-year-old Tony Lynn Strand confessed to three charges of especially aggravated sexual exploitation of a minor, along with charges of burglary and unauthorized observation.
