MOUNTAIN CITY, Tenn. (WJHL) — A man faces multiple drug charges after a traffic stop in Mountain City on June 14.
According to a social media post from the Mountain City Police Department, a vehicle was stopped for displaying a registration plate belonging to another vehicle.

The driver, identified as Peter Mann, was arrested for driving on a suspended license, the police department reported.
Drug paraphernalia and a bag of suspected methamphetamine weighing 10.2 grams were reportedly found inside Mann’s vehicle.
Mann was taken to the Johnson County Jail and charged with the following:
- Felony possession of schedule II meth
- Possession of drug paraphernalia
- Driving while in possession of meth over 5 grams
- Switched registration plate
- Driving while license suspended (3rd offense)
