LAS VEGAS (KLAS) – Former NBA star Lamar Odom, known for his past marriage to reality TV personality Khloé Kardashian, was apprehended by Las Vegas law enforcement on Saturday, facing a DUI charge.
The news of Odom’s arrest was initially reported by TMZ. According to Clark County court documentation, a 46-year-old named Lamar Joseph Odom is charged with first-offense DUI, speeding over 41 mph above the limit, and failing to maintain his lane properly.
These charges are categorized as misdemeanors.

As of Saturday afternoon, Odom was in custody at the Clark County Detention Center with a bail set at $4,000. His court appearance is slated for March 17.
Odom’s professional basketball career includes stints with four NBA teams. Drafted by the Los Angeles Clippers in 1999, he later played for the Miami Heat, Los Angeles Lakers, and Dallas Mavericks before returning to the Clippers in 2012.
Odom was married to Khloé Kardashian from 2009 to 2016.
In 2013, Odom was arrested for DUI, Nexstar’s KTLA reports. Two years later, Odom was found unconscious from a suspected overdose that left him hospitalized. Odom previously claimed to have recommitted himself to sobriety while working to help others battling addiction.
