In Martin County, Florida, authorities are on the lookout for a property manager accused of embezzling a substantial amount of money from a homeowners association to fund personal indulgences like cosmetic surgery and extravagant vacations.
The Martin County Sheriff’s Office has issued an arrest warrant for 46-year-old Alexandra Delacaridad Gonzalez, who faces charges of fraud, embezzlement, and grand theft.
Investigations have revealed that Gonzalez, while employed with Avant-Garde Property Management, allegedly wrote unauthorized checks to herself from the homeowners association accounts she was responsible for managing.
