SAVANNAH, Ga. — In a thrilling display of skill, Davis Lamb secured his maiden victory on the Korn Ferry Tour by clinching the title at the Club Car Championship held at The Landings Golf & Athletic Club in Savannah on Sunday.

Lamb delivered an impeccable performance, wrapping up the tournament at 19-under par. His final round was flawless, marked by four birdies and a complete absence of bogeys.

“We devised an excellent strategy for today,” Lamb commented. “And we came very close to executing it perfectly.”

Meanwhile, former Georgia Southern standout Ben Carr impressed the crowd with a strong showing, finishing in a tie for seventh place at 12-under par.

“Being near home is always a comfort,” Carr shared. “I feel incredibly at ease here and absolutely love competing on this course.”

Bluffton native and former Clemson golfer Bryson Nimmer finished tied for 22nd and nine-under par.

“This is always one of my favorite tournaments of the year,” said Nimmer. “I get to see my family and friends out here cheer and support whenever I get a birdie.

Former Armstrong Atlantic State University golfer Shad Tuten finished the tournament eight-under par, tied for 30th.

“I was playing rough to start, and then I look up and see my mom smile,” said Tuten. “It’s one of those things where we don’t get to play around family and friends often, but when we do, it’s extra special.”
