DANVILLE, Ill. (WCIA) — Chris Pratt of Pratt Vendor Markets joined WCIA’s Mitchell Rife to talk about their upcoming Mother’s Day event.

This event will include close to 180 vendors including food trucks, boutiques, home decor, homemade goods and more. It’s taking place at Ellsworth Park in Danville on May 3 from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. The event is free entry and will happen rain or shine.

This is the second year the business is hosting the Mother’s Day Market. Pratt’s wife came up with the idea for the event, taking inspiration from a smaller local farmer’s market. The day will include live music, face painting for kids and hundreds of options for Mother’s Day shopping.

For more information on the event, visit the Pratt Vendor Markets Facebook page.
