TAMPA, Fla. (WFLA) — Tampa Bay Lightning’s right wing, Nikita Kucherov, has been shortlisted as a finalist for this season’s Hart Memorial Trophy, which recognizes the NHL player most valuable to their team.
While Kucherov’s playoff performance did not meet expectations, his regular season was nothing short of stellar. He notched 44 goals and 86 assists over 76 games, positioning him as second in the league. Furthermore, he led in points per game with an impressive average of 1.71.
