OVIEDO, Fla. – If you’ve followed along with me for a while, you already know I have a soft spot for the Oviedo Mall. I’ve been out there for plenty of community events and it’s always a great place to connect with folks. But recently, I’ve been keeping an eye on the construction that’s been happening around the property.

For some time, I thought this project was just in a temporary phase. Like many of you, I kept waiting for crews to wrap things up and move us back to business as usual. Well, I’ve been informed that what you’re seeing now is the finished product or at least how it’s going to stay for quite some time.

That means it’s time for us to shift gears. Instead of waiting for changes that aren’t coming, we need to learn how to maneuver the area as it stands today. Whether you’re coming out for a quick errand, a family outing, or one of the many great events hosted at the mall, understanding the new layout will help avoid frustration and keep traffic moving smoothly.
