Man Arrested For Rape & Giving Harmful Material to Kids – Scioto County Daily News

The Scioto County Sheriff’s Office arrested 61-year-old Michael Nethers for rape and four counts of disseminating matter harmful to children on Wednesday afternoon. Nethers is also charged with pandering sexually oriented matter. 

This is a developing story, and law enforcement hasn’t released any further details about the case.

Nethers is currently in the Scioto County Jail.  The court set bail at $100,000 on the rape charge, $1,000 for each count of disseminating matter harmful to children, and $20,000 on the pandering charge.
