WASHINGTON COUNTY, Tenn. (WJHL) — A Limestone man was arrested Saturday after allegedly firing a gun at a delivery driver, police report.

According to a news release from the Washington County, Tennessee Sheriff’s Office (WCSO), Andrew Lipsky, 36, was arrested and charged with aggravated assault and reckless endangerment/use of a deadly weapon.

The WCSO stated deputies responded to the 200 block of Bud Ball Road just after 10 p.m.

Earlier on Saturday, two delivery men reportedly unloaded materials on the back porch at the home located on Bud Ball Road.
