Man Busted For Assault and Criminal Damaging – Immediately Released 

Officers responded to a report that a suspicious white vehicle hit something in an alley in the 1500 block of Summit Street just before 1 am.  

When police arrived on the scene, they discovered a man with multiple open warrants and took him into custody. Police booked him on charges of assault and criminal damaging. He was immediately released per the court.  

He was previously arrested on the criminal damaging charge in June of last year and immediately released. Other arrests include trafficking in drugs and possession of criminal tools.
