On Thursday, November 21st, at 7:13am, the Richmond County Sheriff’s Office responded to the 500 block of Highland Avenue in reference to shots being fired, and when they arrived, deputies say they observed an unresponsive male, later identified as Kemmerlin, who had sustained at least one gunshot wound.
