OCALA, Fla. – Three people were arrested at a Pro-Democracy Rally in downtown Ocala Saturday, where organizers say 1,000 demonstrators gathered in support of the nationwide “No Kings” protests.

Michael Loren, identified by Ocala Police as a member of the Proud Boys, faces charges of battery and possession of a weapon by a convicted felon after allegedly pushing a protester while carrying brass knuckles.

The demonstration, which spread across six streets surrounding the downtown Ocala square, drew participants supporting the broader “No Kings” movement sweeping across the country.

Police said Stephen Libardoni pushed a protester. He’s charged with battery.

Alexandra Krolman is accused of hitting someone with her cardboard sign. She’s charged with battery. Police noted Krolman was part of the organized protest.

Police Response and Safety Measures

Despite the confrontations that led to arrests, authorities reported no serious injuries during the event. The Ocala Police Department maintained a presence throughout the demonstration to ensure public safety.

The incident highlights ongoing tensions at political demonstrations nationwide, as pro-democracy activists continue organizing rallies across the country.
