ORLANDO, Fla. – Mother’s Day is right around the corner, a day dedicated to showering mothers and other maternal figures in your life with love.

A day out with mom doesn’t always require a dining reservation, as there are plenty of places to choose from in Central Florida.

Below is a list of suggestions to make it a Mother’s Day to remember.

Attractions

Dezerland Park – 11 a.m. – 9 p.m. Sunday, May 11

  • BOGO for the Orlando Auto Museum. Buy a kid’s ticket, and mom (or another adult) gets in free! Explore 2,000+ vehicles from Hollywood, history, and around the world.

Central Florida Zoo & Botanical Gardens – 9 a.m. – 4 p.m. Sunday, May 11

  • Moms & grandmothers get free admission with a paid guest. Available at the gate only.

Aloma Bowling Centers – All day, moms bowl free with shoe rental and two games when accompanied by a paying child. This offer is available at all Aloma centers: Aloma Bowl (10 a.m. – 10 p.m.), Airport Lanes (10 a.m. – 10 p.m.), and Boardwalk Bowl (9 a.m. – 10 p.m.).

Museum of Illusions Orlando – 11 a.m. – 8 p.m. Sunday, May 11

  • Let Mom bend her mind (and the laws of physics) with a fun, photo-worthy day out at Museum of Illusions Orlando. Tickets for moms are just $17.99 on Mother’s Day.

Cirque du Soleil at Disney Springs – Through May 11, get up to 20% off tickets, which can be used on performances now through Sept. 28, giving you opportunities to celebrate mom all summer long.

Harry P. Leu Gardens – 8 a.m. – 4 p.m., Sunday, May 11

  • Moms receive free admission, but note that picnics and blankets are not allowed in the gardens.

The Showcase of Citrus – From 12 p.m. to 2 p.m., on May 17, the Saturday after Mother’s Day, enjoy a Mother’s Day Social at Florida’s Fresh Air Attraction. Tickets are encouraged, however walk ins will be welcome!

Bok Tower Gardens – 8 a.m. – 6 p.m., Sunday, May 11

  • Free admission is offered to all mothers.

Brunch

Dave and Buster’s Orlando– Mommy and Me Mother’s Day Brunch, 9 a.m. – 12 p.m., Sunday, May 11 ($24.90 and includes access to the brunch buffet and all event activities.) The first 10 moms to purchase a ticket will receive a free gift bag. All moms will receive complimentary mimosas!

Enzian Theater – Gather your dancing queens inside the theater for live music and a Sunday brunch buffet spread, followed by a special screening of “Mamma Mia!” Live music & brunch begin at 10:30 a.m., with the film starting at 11:30.m. Limited VIP tables are available and offer the convenience of reserved seating.

The Alfond Inn — 10 a.m. to 1:30 p.m., Sunday, May 11. Adult tickets cost $130.80 for a brunch featuring gourmet delights.

City Works Eatery & Pour House – 10 a.m. to 3 p.m., May 11 at Disney Springs. Reservations are recommended. The brunch will also include a complimentary Mother’s Day rose for mom.

Wyndham Grand Orlando Resort Bonnet Creek – 8 a.m. to 2 p.m., May 11. Celebrate Mom with a festive brunch at Tesoro Cove. Pricing is $58 for adults and $29 for children (ages 6-12); kids five and under dine free. (Prices are exclusive of tax and gratuity.)

Self-care

Wyndham Grand Orlando Resort Bonnet Creek – Throughout May, the spa will offer a thoughtfully curated selection of seasonal treatments, including massages, facials, and a luxurious 180-minute Her Day, Her Way package featuring a massage, facial, mani-pedi, bubbly, and a take-home gift. Services are available through May and can be booked by calling (407) 390-2300 ext. 2442.

Rosen Shingle Creek Orlando– Book one of the monthly specials to save 25% at The Spa at Shingle Creek, available through May 31.

Margaritaville Resort Orlando – St. Somewhere Spa is offering multiple Mother’s Day spa specials. Offers expire May 31.

AdventHealth – Let mom unwind at Eden Spa with exclusive May specials.

Volusia County Orchid Society – Orchid show and sale — 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. May 10-11 @ Volusia County Fairgrounds

  • $5 admission to attend what’s billed as Central Florida’s largest orchid and plant sale.

Orlando Outdoor Market — 7 a.m. to 3 p.m. May 11 @ Central Florida Fairgrounds

  • Free admission and parking to shop among more than 300 vendors.

Mount Dora Village Market – 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. May 12 @ Sunset Park

Southern Hill Farms— 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. May 11 & May 12

  • Mother’s Day U-Pick with Kid Zone. Saturday, May 10 & Sunday, May 11, moms get on pound of U-pick blueberries for free.

Orlando Farmers Market — 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. May 11 @ Lake Eola Park

  • A dog-friendly market advertising seasonal fresh produce and more.
