NEW YORK (WPIX) – A recall has been issued for a certain dietary supplement after it was discovered to contain hidden erectile dysfunction drugs, as per a recent announcement by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA).
StuffbyNainax LLC is voluntarily recalling all batches of its MR.7 SUPER 700000 capsules. The decision follows an FDA investigation that revealed the presence of Sildenafil and Tadalafil, the active ingredients found in medications for treating male erectile dysfunction.
The recall highlights that products with these active ingredients cannot legally be sold as dietary supplements.
In a statement, the company warned that consuming these undisclosed drugs could lead to “serious health risks.”
The statement further explained, “These substances may adversely interact with nitrates commonly found in some prescription medications, like nitroglycerin, potentially causing a dangerous drop in blood pressure that can be life-threatening. People with conditions such as diabetes, high blood pressure, high cholesterol, or heart disease who often take nitrates are particularly at risk. Men who use nitrates for heart-related issues are especially vulnerable.”
The affected supplement, which was mainly sold online, has no lot numbers or expiration dates. It was distributed nationwide to a limited number of online consumers from August 2025 to November 2025.
