CHAMPAIGN, Ill. — The Champaign County Crime Stoppers has issued a call for public assistance in resolving a home invasion and theft incident valued at $18,000.

The crime unfolded on January 27 in the vicinity of West Beardsley Avenue and Randolph Street. Around 2:40 p.m., three individuals broke into a residence, leaving a trail of damage and theft in their wake.
