Passed Out at Tim Horton’s – Woman Arrested For Drugs & Child Endangerment – Scioto County Daily News

Police arrested 27-year-old Brianna Hanes for an incident involving a child at Tim Horton’s on Wednesday Morning. 

Just after 9 am, a witness reported a woman slumped over in a black SUV with a child inside the vehicle. 

Officers headed to the scene and contacted CPS. 

CPS took custody of the child. Police arranged to have the vehicle towed and also impounded items from the SUV.

Police took Hanes into custody for endangering children, possession of drugs, and possession of drug paraphernalia. This was her 11th arrest. 

Her previous arrests include domestic violence, failure to appear, probation violation, obstructing official business, theft, and driving under suspension.
