In the early hours of Sunday morning, the Johnson City Police Department (JCPD) was called to investigate a reported shooting incident on North State of Franklin Road in Johnson City, Tennessee.

According to JCPD’s official report, the incident occurred around 4 a.m. at a local Waffle House. When officers arrived on the scene, they discovered an individual in the parking lot who had sustained multiple gunshot wounds.
