TAMPA, Fla. (The Hill) – Monsanto has agreed to a substantial $7.25 billion settlement with thousands of plaintiffs who claim the company’s Roundup herbicide led to their cancer diagnoses.

This tentative class action settlement aims to address both present and future claims from individuals who have been exposed to Monsanto’s Roundup and subsequently developed non-Hodgkin lymphoma.
