A man from Rantoul, Central Illinois, has been sentenced to life imprisonment after receiving a 200-year sentence for crimes related to child pornography.
Garrett Moore, aged 24, faced charges in both Livingston and Woodford Counties. The Woodford County State’s Attorney’s Office shared on Facebook that Moore was sentenced to 105 years in prison after admitting guilt to 15 counts of reproducing child pornography. He received a seven-year sentence for each count, all of which will run consecutively.
This sentence will be served at a 50% rate, and it will follow an additional 95-year sentence imposed by Livingston County.
