Rebecca King-Crews, the wife of renowned actor Terry Crews, shared a deeply personal revelation during an appearance on the “Today” show: she was diagnosed with Parkinson’s disease almost ten years ago. Initially, a doctor attributed her symptoms to anxiety, a common misdiagnosis, especially among women, she noted.

“It’s not unusual for women to have their symptoms dismissed as stress,” King-Crews explained to “Today” host Craig Melvin, shedding light on a critical issue in medical diagnoses.
