DUARTE, Calif. – In a loss that resonates through Hollywood, seasoned actor T.K. Carter, known for his memorable roles in both film and television, has passed away at the age of 69.
Authorities from the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department reported that Carter was found unresponsive in Duarte, California, on Friday evening, leading to the somber confirmation of his death. Carter’s career spanned decades, with his performance as Nauls, the cook in John Carpenter’s acclaimed horror film “The Thing” in 1982, marking a significant breakthrough.
