POLK COUNTY, Fla. – Polk County Sheriff Grady Judd is scheduled to hold a news conference on Friday morning discussing a weeklong undercover investigation that yielded nearly 250 arrests.
In a release, deputies said that the investigation, dubbed “Fool Around and Find Out — Again,” focused on human trafficking, child predators and illegal immigration.
Per the sheriff’s office, detectives worked alongside several other law enforcement agencies to detain 246 suspects in total. Of those:

99 suspects were charged with soliciting prostitutes, including an Orange County deputy

111 suspects were charged with offering to commit prostitution

20 other suspects were charged with crimes related to prostitution, such as aiding, abetting or transporting

15 suspects were charged with traveling to meet a minor for sex or other child-sex-related crimes
Furthermore, 46 of those arrested were in the country illegally, detectives added.
The release also shows that 10 victims of human trafficking were identified during the investigation and offered services by One More Child and My Name My Voice.
During Friday’s news conference, Judd is slated to be joined by Florida Attorney General James Uthmeier and CFO Blaise Ingoglia, alongside other law enforcement officials.
