HAMPTON COUNTY, S.C. — In an effort to apprehend a murder suspect, the Hampton County Sheriff’s Office (HCSO) is offering a cash reward for any information that leads to an arrest, as announced on Thursday.
The suspect, Jermone Warren, is connected to a deadly shooting that took place on Altman Road on November 2. This incident resulted in the death of a 51-year-old man and left another individual injured.
The 40-year-old Warren faces charges of murder, assault/attempted murder, along with possession of a weapon during a violent crime.

The HCSO has advised the public to consider Warren as armed and dangerous.
“We seek the public’s assistance,” stated a spokesperson from the HCSO. “If you have any information regarding the whereabouts of this suspect, please reach out to law enforcement immediately. Do not attempt to confront or shelter him.”
Officials also said that since Warren is a fugitive if anyone is found harboring him, they could face criminal charges.
