This year, eight innovative marketplace concepts will make their debut in 2026, including Old Fashioned Milk Co., Travelers Café, Half Pipe Pavilion, Cantina, Lucky Cat, Mediterranean Wine, Brews by Florida Avenue Brewing Co., and Hops and Dreams by Wicked Weed.
Beloved returning dishes include succulent lobster rolls, BBQ pulled pork mac & cheese, Brazilian churrasco steak with zesty chimichurri, Polynesian Huli-Huli chicken, savory butter chicken, Southern-style shrimp and grits, and delightfully sweet Mediterranean baklava.
Introducing an all-new secret menu
For the first time ever, guests can unlock the exclusive secret menu at Sharks Underwater Grill, a three-course surprise dining experience available daily.
Fine pairings
This year’s festival introduces a wine pairing dinner series featuring five-course, chef-curated menus matched with premium wines. Expect dishes like seared sea scallops with guava polenta paired with Monterey Chardonnay and porcini-dusted duck breast alongside California Pinot Noir, all served with live music and expert storytelling.
The fun doesn’t stop at food
The Seven Seas Food Festival Concert Series brings over 30 headliners spanning six decades of music, from pop and hip-hop to country, classic rock, and Latin beats.
Guests can upgrade their experience with reserved concert seating, the VIP tour with tasting lanyard and dolphin encounter, or simply enjoy the festival at your own pace with an Annual Pass.
