(NewsNation) — Sean “Diddy” Combs is going to get out of prison earlier than expected.
Combs is set to be released from prison on April 25, 2028, over a month earlier than the previous release date of June 4, according to the Bureau of Prisons.
Last summer, Diddy was found guilty of two counts of transportation engaging in prostitution after a monthslong trial, which put his clout and celebrity in focus around accusations of human trafficking and prostitution.

He was acquitted of larger racketeering charges.
The “Mo Money Mo Problems” performer was sentenced to 50 months in prison in October. In addition to the guilty verdicts, he was fined $500,000.
The music mogul is serving his sentence at FCI Fort Dix, a low-security federal prison in New Jersey.
