SAVANNAH, GA. () – Maria Zouves shows us how to make delicious and healthy sesame noodles!
Cook 8 oz of BROWN RICE NOODLE SESAME SAUCE: 1/2 cup of Tahini 2 tbsp each of: Roasted Sesame Oil Coco Amino or Soy Sauce Maple Syrup Rice Vinegar Water (as needed) 1 teaspoon of minced garlic or 1/4 teaspoon of garlic powder 1/2 tsp of Chili Sauce TOPPING: 1/4 cup each of anything crunchy and colorful like: Shredded Cabbage and Carrots Snow Peas sliced Green onions diced Sprouts or micro greens Top with some SESAME SEEDS, or PUMPKIN SEEDS or any nut or seed of choice Add a protein – Grilled Tofu, Chicken or Sautèed Shrimp for a flavorful topping! Finish with a splash of Coco Amino, Soy or Sesame Oil before serving Cook Noodles as directed, rinse and cool. Mix all sauce ingredients (except water) in a bowl and whisk until combined. Add water as needed until smooth. Toss into the noodles and add toppings before serving. Once bowled, add an additional splash of coco-amino, soy sauce or sesame oil before enjoying! Serves 4
