In Washington County, Tennessee, a man from Limestone found himself in legal trouble on Saturday morning following accusations of brandishing a firearm during a confrontation.

The Washington County Sheriff’s Office (WCSO) disclosed that 32-year-old Dylan Yates Keys faces charges of aggravated assault and reckless endangerment after the incident.

Authorities received a call to respond to Joe Keys Road just before 8 a.m. on Saturday, according to the WCSO.

Witnesses at the location recounted that Keys drove onto a victim’s property, igniting a heated verbal exchange. During this altercation, Keys allegedly pointed a gun at one of the victims and collided with a tree while driving his truck.

Deputies later located Keys at a residence on Joe Keys Road and arrested him without any complications.

Keys was transported to the Washington County Detention Center and held without bond. The WCSO reports he was due in court on Monday.
