SPD releases latest 10 Most Wanted Fugitives List

SAVANNAH, Ga. () — The Savannah Police Department (SPD) has released its latest Top 10 Most Wanted List for fugitives and offenders.

SPD makes it clear that the suspects that make these lists are not always the most violent offenders the department is looking for but have a combined number of factors that make them one of our top wanted offenders.

Those included on the newest list are:

  • Akeem Graham: aggravated assault, simple battery
  • Narada Washington: aggravated battery, exploit elderly
  • Trayvon Benford: fleeing, attempting to elude police
  • Ricktavis Gilliard: aggravated assault, aggravated stalking
  • Jeremy Armstrong: aggravated assault, aggravated battery
  • Elionaxy Castillo: battery, cruelty to children
  • Christian Kohler: Possession of controlled substance, possession of firearm
  • John Passmore: aggravated assault, possession of firearm
  • Mustafa Johnson: aggravated assault, aggravated stalking
  • Virgil Woodson: armed robbery, multiple others

Those with information on any of these offenders can call the SPD Tip Line at (912) 525-3124 or CrimeStoppers at (912) 234-2020.

Tips can also be submitted anonymously through a CrimeStoppers online tip portal. Tipsters may qualify for a reward of up to $2,500, depending on the severity of the crime.
