BRISTOL, Tenn. (WJHL) — Authorities have charged a man from North Carolina following an officer-involved shooting incident in Bristol. The Tennessee Bureau of Investigation (TBI) announced that the individual faces charges of aggravated assault and other related offenses related to the events that unfolded on January 10.

The TBI’s report reveals that the altercation occurred that morning near the 6th Street post office in Bristol, resulting in suspect Isaac John Carrion sustaining gunshot injuries and being taken to a nearby medical facility for treatment.
