Teen Arrested After Orlando Club Fight Fractures Woman’s Skull

ORLANDO, Fla. – Following a brawl at a local Orlando nightclub last week, Orange County deputies have revealed that a “young man” stepped forward to discuss his involvement, leading them to arrest a 17-year-old suspect.

According to an official release, the altercation took place on August 7 around 9 p.m. Deputies, who were engaging in off-duty assignments at Knight’s Library—a nightclub situated on University Boulevard—witnessed the incident.

The disruptive skirmish led to one individual being hospitalized, authorities reported. The incident underscores the challenges of maintaining safety in crowded nightlife venues.

Subsequent investigation by News 6 uncovered that a woman named Olivia Noguera sustained severe injuries, including a fractured skull and a brain hemorrhage. The injuries occurred amid two men clashing inside the club, with the agitated crowd inadvertently propelling her into the fray, she recounted to News 6.

On Tuesday, though, deputies say a young man came to one of the sheriff’s office substations to speak with deputies about his involvement in the incident, deputies revealed.

“After hearing his account and further examining evidence in the case, on Wednesday evening, detectives arrested Abdiel Joel Aldea Valcarcel on one charge of felony battery,” the release reads.
