Teen Exposes **** in Mound Park
Officers responded to Mound Park just after 1 pm for a report of indecent exposure.
The caller said several teenagers on the Grant side of the park were making explicit sexual gestures at passing vehicles.

One of the teens exposed his genitals to passing cars. The misbehaving teens were gone by the time police arrived.
Less than an hour later, police were back in the area for a report of a large fight with clubs at Highland Head Start. However, by the time police returned to the area, the combatants had left the scene.
