JOHNSON COUNTY, Ga. – Authorities in Johnson County have apprehended three individuals on charges related to child cruelty, the Sheriff’s Office reported.

The accused include 38-year-old Leslie Hill, 79-year-old Tommie Fuller, and 45-year-old Dalles Fuller, each facing serious allegations in connection with the case.

Leslie Hill faces multiple charges, including six counts of felony cruelty to children and one count of felony influencing a witness.

Tommie Fuller has been charged with a single count of felony cruelty to children.

Meanwhile, Dalles Fuller is confronting five counts of felony child molestation, along with a charge of misdemeanor sexual battery.

The investigation revealed that between September 23, 2024 and January 12 2026, Dallas Fuller sexually molested the victim when they were between the ages of 15 and 16-years-old.

The victim reportedly told both Leslie Hill and Tommie Fuller about the attacks, and they both failed to report or protect the victim.

“The actions of these individuals are unacceptable and despicable. Preying on our children is a heartless and disgraceful betrayal,” said Sheriff Greg Rowland. “We will continue to take any action possible to protect the victims and arrest all individuals that pray on our children.”

At present time, the investigation remains active and ongoing.
