Fatal crash happened in Mims, Mayor Connors says
BREVARD COUNTY, Fla. – Titusville Mayor Andrew Connors said Sunday that two people, including a Brevard County Sheriff’s deputy, were killed in a crash in Mims.
In a social media post, Connors expressed his condolences to the families, friends and colleagues of the deputy and the other crash victim.
The mayor also said Titusville police and fire crews were responding to several critical incidents Sunday morning. He thanked the first responders involved, praising their “courage and unwavering commitment to others” as they managed the emergency calls.
