SAN DIEGO (FOX 5/KUSI) — Actor Tom Holland was injured during a stunt while filming the new “Spider-Man” movie in the U.K., several sources are reporting.

According to The Sun, out of the U.K., and several other outlets including The Rolling Stone, Deadline, Variety and Collider, Holland reportedly fell and cracked his head during a stunt on the set of “Spider-Man: Brand New Day” at Leavesden Studios in Watford, Hertfordshire, England, the studio where “Harry Potter,” “The Batman,” and “House of the Dragon” were filmed.

Several sites are reporting that Holland is believed to have a concussion from the incident and is expected to take a break from filming temporarily.

The 29-year-old actor was reportedly rushed to a hospital by ambulance, where he was treated and released, The Sun reports.

It is unclear whether this incident will impact the timing of the release of the latest Marvel-Sony film, the fourth installment in the Marvel Cinematic Universe’s “Spider-Man” franchise, which is directed by Destin Daniel Cretton (Shang-Chi and the Legend of the Ten Rings) and slated to hit movie theatres on July 31, 2026.

The Sun is reporting that another person, believed to be a stuntwoman, was also taken to the hospital after the incident.

In August, Sony released a video of Holland on set during Day 1 of filming “back in the suit.”

The “Spider-Man: Brand New Day” cast includes Zendaya, Jon Bernthal, Michael Mando, Jacob Batalon, Mark Ruffalo, J.K. Simmons and more.
