The heartbreaking accident unfolded at approximately 12:20 p.m. on Fort Christmas Road near the intersection with Wheeler Road in Christmas.

According to the FHP, the young man was riding a 2020 Yamaha MTN1000 heading north on Fort Christmas Road when he failed to maneuver a curve, causing him to veer off the road.

Troopers stated that the rider was ejected from his motorcycle and collided with a guardrail, resulting in severe injuries.

Emergency services transported the man to AdventHealth Waterford Lakes ER, where he sadly succumbed to his injuries, as confirmed by the FHP.

The man was taken to AdventHealth Waterford Lakes ER, where he was pronounced dead, the FHP said.
