SEFFNER, Fla. (WFLA) — Tragedy struck Saturday night in Seffner when a teenage boy lost his life in a car accident, and authorities are actively seeking one of the drivers who escaped on foot after the incident, according to the Florida Highway Patrol.
The 17-year-old was behind the wheel of a Volkswagen Passat, traveling west on MLK Jr. Boulevard just before 11 p.m. on April 11. Meanwhile, a 40-year-old man from Mulberry was driving a Nissan Versa from the opposite direction.
