Freezing husky found under bridge dies, two people arrested

Erie, Pa (WJET/WFXP) — The ANNA Shelter shared heartbreaking news with the public on Friday afternoon.

The young husky puppy, only six months old, who had been found shivering in a crate under a bridge in freezing conditions earlier this week, has sadly passed away.
