ISLAMABAD, Pakistan (AP) — On Saturday, President Donald Trump announced that negotiations with Iran regarding the ongoing conflict, and the reopening of the Strait of Hormuz, are nearing completion. This development follows his discussions with Israel and other regional allies.

President Trump shared on social media that the “final aspects and details” of the agreement are under discussion and will be revealed soon. While he refrained from sharing specifics, he mentioned conversations with leaders from Saudi Arabia, the United Arab Emirates, Qatar, Pakistan, Turkey, Egypt, Jordan, and Bahrain, as well as a separate dialogue with Israel.
