BRISTOL, Va. (WJHL) — Authorities from the Bristol, Virginia Police Department (BVPD) have apprehended two individuals following an investigation into an armed robbery that took place on Bradley Street earlier this month.
According to a BVPD news release, the incident began when a victim reported being robbed at gunpoint. The victim had arranged to meet someone at a residence after they had communicated through a social media platform.
The police department detailed that the victim was confronted by an individual wearing a mask who brandished a firearm and demanded the victim’s possessions. Luckily, no one was injured during the incident, as confirmed by BVPD officials.
