LAS VEGAS (KLAS) – This holiday season, two young boys from Nevada captured the internet’s attention with an unexpected on-stage scuffle during a school nativity play.
A video from the Logandale Christmas play, featuring these two boys, quickly went viral, amassing over 25 million views across social media platforms.
“It’s unbelievable! I had no idea it was online until my sister called to ask if it was real,” said Justa Schraft, the mother of four-year-old Throttle, who was dressed as a bull in the play.
The impromptu “Bethlehem Brawl” unfolded during the manger scene when Throttle and his three-year-old friend, Swain, who was dressed as a pig, began playfully hitting and tugging at each other’s costumes. Their antics delighted the audience, turning the nativity scene into a memorable spectacle.
“Swain has always been drawn to wrestling and playful fighting. He and Throttle are close friends. They’re not brothers, but they’re practically like family, so we knew it was all in good fun,” explained Jason Adams, Swain’s father.
8 News Now spoke with both families and the two boys about how the playful brawl began.
When asked who started the fight, Swain pointed to Throttle, and when Throttle was asked the same question, he quietly pointed to himself.
Logandale is about 60 miles northeast of Las Vegas.
