Highest rain chances arrive early next work week.
ORLANDO, Fla. – This weekend is not expected to be a complete washout, though conditions will be less favorable than last weekend. Scattered showers will develop along the coast before noon, then become more widespread through the afternoon.

The heaviest and most widespread rain and thunderstorms are expected across the western half of the Florida peninsula.

Skies will remain mostly gray, with humid conditions and high temperatures climbing into the upper 80s.
Rain chances will decrease to about 40% Sunday as the greatest concentration of moisture shifts toward Florida’s Big Bend region.
The threat of rain will rise sharply to 80% Monday and Tuesday as additional moisture moves into the Sunshine State.
Temperatures will again peak in the upper 80s.
