TAMPA, Fla. — The U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) has issued a recall for Enoki mushrooms distributed in Florida due to concerns over potential listeria monocytogenes contamination. This announcement came last Thursday, alerting consumers to the possible health risks.
Officials reported that 120 cases of these possibly contaminated mushrooms were distributed to wholesalers in both Texas and Florida. Marketed under the brand HH Fresh Trading, these mushrooms are packaged in 150-gram plastic bags.
