KINGSPORT, Tenn. (WJHL) — A Silver Alert has been issued for a missing man in Kingsport.

Authorities are looking for Dallas Crusenberry, 72, of Pennington Gap, who was last seen on Wednesday at Holston Valley Medical Center, according to the Tennessee Bureau of Investigation (TBI).

The Kingsport Police Department said Crusenberry left the hospital just before 3 p.m.

He was wearing a gray t-shirt, camouflage shorts, and a blue ball cap. He is 5-foot-11, weighs around 190 pounds, and has blue eyes and gray hair.

According to the TBI, Crusenberry has a medical condition that may impair his ability to return safely without assistance.
