TAMPA, Fla. (WFLA) — Another warm and dry day is in store across the Tampa Bay area. Temps warm into the upper 80s and we’ll see filtered sunshine with more thin high clouds streaming through.

The humidity will be on the rise heading into the weekend and be especially noticeable by Sunday.

The increase in moisture will lead to an increase in rain chances.

Friday: A few isolated evening sprinkles are possible but most areas will stay dry.

Saturday: Spotty showers will develop mid-afternoon and drift inland. The best chance for heavy rain will be in the evening near Orland and inland Polk and Highlands County.

Sunday & Monday: Rain chances will uptick a bit earlier with a few scattered showers possible at anytime during the day.

Next week: It stays quite muggy and there will be a low 10% chance of a stray sprinkle.
