TAMPA, Fla. (WFLA) — Temperatures will warm up quickly today with highs in the low to mid-80s under sunny skies this afternoon. A few areas of patchy fog are possible tonight.

Thursday will start out mild and dry but a cold front will pass in the afternoon. This will bring a few isolated showers mainly in coastal counties. Temperatures will warm into the mid and upper 70s early in the afternoon.

The cooler air will move in Thursday night with lows in the 40s and 50s. Sunshine returns Friday and the cooler temps stick around. Highs will only be in the upper 60s and low 70s. Another cool night is expected Friday night into Saturday morning.

The warmer temps return for the weekend with sunny skies and highs back in the 70s and low 80s.

Another front arrives Monday into Tuesday bringing more clouds and another chance for showers.
